Workplace stress & burnout
When work feels overwhelming, it can affect sleep, mood and relationships. Together we explore what’s causing the pressure, learn coping tools and build confidence to make healthier boundaries both at work and at home.
Anxiety
If you constantly worry, feel on edge or find yourself overthinking every situation, therapy can help you feel calmer, more in control and able to breathe again. We go at your pace and gently explore what’s underneath the anxiety.
Depression & low mood
Low mood can make even small tasks feel exhausting. Counselling offers space to talk openly without judgement, understand what’s weighing you down and slowly reconnect with motivation, purpose and self-worth.
Low self-esteem & confidence
If you feel not good enough, people-please, or doubt yourself constantly, you’re not alone. In therapy we explore where those beliefs come from and help you develop a kinder, stronger sense of self.

I also have further training in pregnancy and infant loss, infertility and supporting parents of rainbow babies.
